Jonathan Broder started this project after having first-hand knowledge of how other guides are compiled by various organizations and recognized the need for objective data compiled directly from the legal community.  Unlike NALP, our legal salary data digs much deeper into local markets and reveals information about small and mid-size firms, as well as large firms, that simply isn’t available anywhere else.
